Bruce Jankowitz, President
Bruce has led Aria for the last nine years as it evolved to become healthcare’s premier full service boutique agency. Bruce is a marketing strategist who has advised senior executives in healthcare, high technology and consumer markets over a distinguished 25 year career. He counsels Aria clients on developing breakthrough positioning, branding building and thought leadership initiatives. Prior to founding Aria, Bruce held senior management positions at Gartner Group, PictureTel and Digital. His clients have included McKesson, Eclipsys, athenahealth, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T and American Express. Bruce received his Master’s Degree in Communications from Boston University where he has also lectured. He began his career as a TV comedy writer.
Scott Collins, Vice President
Scott brings over fifteen years of public relations and marketing experience to his role at Aria where he is responsible for leading the agency’s PR and thought leadership practice. Scott’s career includes corporate PR and marketing leadership positions at technology firms including Cabletron Systems, Primeon, Inc. and the Mass Bay Marine Studies Institute. His extensive agency experience includes tactical execution and strategic counsel work at leading firms such as Weber/Shandwick, Miller Consulting Group and MarenghiPR. His clients have included Compaq, IBM, McKesson, Eclipsys, athenahealth, Dictaphone/Nuance, NaviMedix and Fallon Clinic. Scott was an English major at Kenyon College and received his Master’s of Arts Degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Emerson College.
Lisa Graziano, Vice President
Lisa brings over 12 years of healthcare communications experience to her role at Aria where she is responsible for leading the agency’s branding and integrated marketing communications practice. Lisa is a high energy healthcare marketing pro who directs and manages client’s advertising, interactive, collateral and lead generation programs – all with panache and great attention to detail. She has built a reputation for thrilling clients by delivering outstanding work and superior service. Lisa has led branding building campaigns and product launches for healthcare Fortune 500s, mid-sized organizations and startups including McKesson, Eclipsys, Gartner Group, NaviMedix and PatientKeeper. Lisa received her BSBA in Marketing from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.
