    Winning the Battle of Ideas

    Challenge: Pre-IPO innovator targeting providers with unique business model had big ideas and compelling data, but did not know how to leverage them for maximum impact.

    Approach: Conceived and executed national “PayerView” campaign driven by thought leadership and leveraging their unique assets.

    Results:
    Drove dramatic results in national/broadcast media including BusinessWeek, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Inc. Fast Company. Generated targeted regional coverage in sync with sales initiatives in Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Houston Chronicle, etc. Secured recurring column and cover story in top industry pub.     Positioning executive as a thought leader

    Challenge: Increase profile of top executive so that he is recognized throughout the industry as a thought leader.

    Approach: Developed thought leadership-driven PR initiative including crafting platform -- and writing and promoting book, creating of a series of white papers and securing/writing strategic bylines in top tier industry pubs.

    Results:
    Executive recognized in top industry poll as one of the 100 most powerful people in the industry joining the likes of Barack Obama and Bill Gates. Also ranked in top 10 in another leading poll of the 50 most powerful executives.

  • PR Machine

    Building Best-in-Class PR

    Challenge: Speech recognition company looking to move from sporadic coverage to best-in-class PR machine.

    Approach: Develop high powered news release pipeline and infrastructure to deliver on it. Leverage Aria media relationships to rapidly secure coverage. Mine and package thought leadership and case studies to secure stream of breakout, standalone coverage in target publications.

    Results:
    Fast tracked news release pipeline to a 24 release/year run rate. Improved newsworthiness of releases to ramp pick up. Generated best-in-class article stream including constant news coverage, thought leadership bylines and 2-3 case study articles per month.

  • Corporate Re-Launch

    Challenge: Re-lunch a company with a stale reputation and launch new products at a key financial technology event.

    Approach: Updates logo, new website and look & feel, brochures, datasheets, booth graphics, whitepapers and more all made it clear that this company was on its game. New product launch was the buzz of the show thanks to a PR campaign timed to crescendo going into and around the event.

    Results:
    Despite an even that was slow for many attendees our client enjoyed steady booth traffic, brought home quality leads and was praised by customers, prospects and industry experts alike for their breakout presence at the event.

  • Consumer Awareness

    Challenge: To enhance consumer awareness and recognition of large medical group practice to increase number of patients.

    Approach: Developed strategic public relations plans around practice’s new convenience care clinic and advanced technology initiative that targeted key local media (print and broadcast). Offered executive and patient interviews, facility tours and live demonstrations to all media.

    Results:
    New patient survey indicted the #1 reason patients heard about the group practice was from reading newspaper articles. In only one month, the practice’s new initiatives were featured in 16 articles (including front page feature stories in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and MetroWest Daily News) and in multiple healthcare blogs.
